COSTARS - The most recent addition to the contract offerings from the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. This contract gives COSTARS Members tremendous technology purchasing power. PEPPM was instituted in 1982 and was designed to provide competitive pricing to schools and other eligible agencies. The main focus of the contract is to reduce the time and effort between the decision to buy and the receipt of the products.
