EDUCATION SALES PROFESSIONAL

Sage is seeking a motivated individual for outside Education Sales in Eastern Pennsylvania selling integrated communications technologies. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience; knowledge of the education environment, ability to develop customer relationships, marketing and communications skills preferred.

Duties will include sales and marketing of preferred systems to new prospects and our installed base, sale of Service Maintenance Agreements and system upgrades, and follow-up of sales leads. Ability to travel throughout Central and Eastern PA. Some overnight travel may be required.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized.

• Superior customer service skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

• Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

SYSTEMS TECHNICIANS

Seeking experienced individuals to join our technical team as a full time permanent and seasonal  (summer) Systems Technicians. Primary duties include installing and servicing pro AV, video, control, telecommunication, nurse call, intercom and other systems as required. Positions require technical knowledge, an electronics background, a solid skill set and foundation with electronic systems in a variety of settings. 3-5 years direct experience with installations, industry certifications and formalized manufacturer training preferred. Crestron, AMX, Extron, telecommunications and data networking experience is a plus. Seeking experienced individual to join our SAGE team as a Design Engineer. Primary duties include design and engineering of sound, AV, video, intercom, media control, telecommunication and other communications systems. Position requires technical knowledge, strong background and experience with a variety of systems, computer / CAD and interpersonal skills. Three to five years experience required. Systems certifications, networking experience, training including Crestron or AMX and Extron beneficial. CTS or CTS-D certification a plus.
