COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS / AV INSTALLATION & IT TECHNICIANS

SAGE is seeking experienced individuals to join our technical team as full-time Communications Systems / AV and IT Technicians. Primary duties include installing, networking, programming and maintaining Audio Visual, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Call, video, AV control and other communications systems in Central and Eastern PA.

The position requires technical knowledge, an electronics background, a solid skill set and foundation with security or communication systems, pro AV or information technology in a variety of settings. 2-5 years direct experience with communication systems installations. Industry certifications and formalized manufacturer training a benefit.

Access Control, CCTV, CATV, Crestron, Extron, Infocomm, Telecommunications, Wireless, IP and/or networking experience a must.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.


SALES PROFESSIONAL - HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY – NORTHEAST PA

SAGE is seeking an energetic Sales Professional to represent our communication technology solutions to our healthcare customers. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well organized, have strong communication and computer skills, and 2 or more years experience in healthcare sales to hospitals preferred. Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, and Health Care related experience and training beneficial.


OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Sage Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full time Operations Administrator.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, job administration and paperwork, handling job closeout documents, creating Operation and Maintenance Manuals, assembling Training Manuals, transmitting necessary drawings to Contractors/Customers, and travel planning for staff trainings and jobs. This position is the backup for Reception, which may include answering phone calls, paperwork scanning, faxing, filing, word processing and data entry, and help with coordinating vendor training. To support the Project Managers and other Operations staff, this position will need to understand the flow of a project through the company and be able to convey the current status to customers if the PM is unavailable. This person works with multiple teams, performs customer service and other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills and experience working in a busy operations environment preferred. This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be familiar with standard business documentation, databases and reports. Must demonstrate planning and organizational skills in order to assure that assigned tasks are completed on or before the specific due date. Must have good customer service and phone skills. Proficient with Windows computers; (documents, databases, spreadsheets, tables, etc.) and software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
